Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason your shoes are not the perfect fit, eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit only.

To be eligible for a return:

• Shoes must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

• Shoes must be returned in the original box and packaging.

• Shoes with signs of wear, stains, scuffs, odors, or damage will not be accepted.

• Please try shoes on indoors and on a clean surface to prevent damage.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

All sale, clearance, and promotional items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. Approved returns will receive store credit or an exchange. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
